Cannot factory restore
My 11 promax is stuck on apple screen tried several attempts to factory restore and getting colored pinwheel

Hmm, using the buttons should free it up using the steps in the link below. However, if not, connect it to your computer as indicated:
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen
If that does work, see this:
If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod
