App Store

I’m getting a message, when I try to make a purchase or update apps on my phone that states the App Store and iTunes has been disabled. Is there anything we can do to fix this please?

Hello,

You must contact Apple for help when you see a message saying "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" or "You cannot login because your account has been locked". This is not something you can fix yourself. Apple provides a contact link for this specific issue.
