Uhm it won’t let me get it but I have enough available space

i have cleared space but it doesn’t seem to let me get the update

See this for tips on how to free up local storage:

Note: if you delete photos and videos, they also have to be deleted from Photos album "Recently Deleted" to truly free up space.
