Airpod pro 2nd mic problem

Hello, Please fix my AirPods Pro in the beginning it was fine in work but since November 2022 I’m experiencing disorder especially in voice call (other person can’t hear me) voice recording when recording WhatsApp voice notes or typing iPhone messages and the Voice memos app(on both iPhone and MBP) with Airpod Pro 2 generation. It’s really embarrassing infringe of other that they can’t listen to me. I feel really ashamed now they making fun of me n iphone or apple products.

If the microphone on your AirPods Pro doesn't seem to be working, try a reset to see if that resolves the issue for you: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support

If the issue persists after a reset, check to ensure that your iPhone is updated to the latest software version, which is iOS 16.3.1. You can go to Settings > General > About > Software Version to see the currently installed version. Learn more about updating your iPhone here, if needed: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Next, check to be sure the firmware of your AirPods Pro is correct. You can see more about how to check that using this link: About firmware updates for AirPods - Apple Support

Yea I have tried to update my phone version 16.3.1 n my AirPods Pro version 5B59. Mic is still not working. I think I need to get it replace. I am so disappointed
