Display looks like an x-ray

My iPhone 13 display suddenly looks like an x-ray.The camera and photos taken also appear this way and colours are NOT inverted in settings.Any ideas on how to turn this off?

Settings>Accessibility>Display&Text Size... disable ALL options (except the last one, AutoBrightness, at the very bottom). When done, restart your iPhone and test it.
