Apple should fix the Korean keyboard issue. It does not work properly after system update.

PS Could you add photos that make it crystal clear the sequence of characters which is not being combined and what the correct combination is supposed to look like?

PS I checked an old iPhone which only has ios15, and you are right, it used to work the way you describe as well.
