Does your Xfinity TV streaming box (X1/Flex) support apps?
Then it should have the Apple TV+ app. If not, then contact Xfinity Support about access to the app. If it has the app, but the app does not launch, then contact Xfinity Support about that.
If you have the Apple TV+ app on our device, then you can use it with your Apple ID account. Sign in through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon).
