Unable to log in to app

I have one app that when I try to log in it just goes grey, I have to delete app to get back to log in page, the same app on my wife’s phone I van log in OK there is using sign in details, I have an iPhone 8 with iOS 16.

strangely the same thing occurs when I try to log in using iPad..

myOdeon App Has anyone else had problems with this app? I used to be able to use it and now it wont sign in even though the log in details are correct. I have tried deleting the app, restarting my phone, clearing cache, downloading app again!! Nothing works

I have two apps on my iPhone that will not open all my other apps will open. How do I fix? How do you fix an app? When you cannot log in to it I have two apps will not start properly all my other apps work. Powered off the phone I have deleted the app and re-download it. I reset the catch and turned off the app on my other devices, don’t know what else to do.

Contact the app developer. Sounds like an issue with the app itself or on their servers.
