I can't touch my iPad screen.

My iPad has a few issues. Because sometimes when I tap an app window or screen it always says "Create Link" which makes me very frustrated. Because I don't know how to fix it. The only way I can do this is to restart. I think it was some setting that I accidentally pressed. But I don't know and have forgotten. please guide me

Hello Little_Luna,

It seems like the screen of your iPad doesn't respond to touch intermittently, is that correct? If so, please check out the information and suggestions in the following link, which may help with that issue: If the screen isn't working on your iPhone or iPad

You might need to set up service for your device.

If your screen is too sensitive or responds intermittently to touch

1. Restart your iPhone or iPad.
2. Make sure that your screen is clean and free of any debris or water.
3. Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different outlet, cable, or charger.
4. Remove any cases or screen protectors.
