We’d like to start by setting your expectations. Currently, there is no dedicated Stopwatch widget for the Lock Screen.

While this is not a direct solution, you can launch the Clock app and go to the Stopwatch tab. You can then add any of the Clock app widgets on your Lock Screen and use it to immediately go to the Stopwatch.

Also, we'd like you to know that you can ask Siri to launch the Stopwatch or set a timer.
