Voice text not working

Help!! My voice texting stopped working and I have tried all the tricks to get it to work again but it hasn’t. Has anyone else had this problem?

iPhone 13, iOS 16

Looks like Voice Control is Off

Go to -> Settings -> Accessibility -> Speak Auto-Text -> On.
