Troubleshooting iPhone WiFi:
Seems to be an issue with the iPhone's WiFi connectivity. So, try the following...
A few thoughts to try:
I. Start Here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch won't Connect to a Wi-Fi Network - Apple Support
II. Clear the Temporary Internet Files:
III. Restart your Router:
IV. Reconnect to your Network:
V. Add Back the Network:
VI. Reset All Network Settings to Default:
Example of items that will be reset: (Wi-Fi Passwords, VPN Connections, etc):
Go to Settings. Is the Wi-Fi switch grayed out? What about the Bluetooth switch? If both are grayed out your phone’s radio chip has failed. If only Wi-Fi is grayed out that’s still a possibility, but try restarting your phone, and also try Reset Network Settings. The step after that is to contact Apple support to discuss repair options.
