Videos won’t sync Apple TV

Can’t access my videos they won’t save to my Apple TV but they are saved to my iCloud

It looks like you joined the Apple Support Communities from an excellent starting point; Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support. Did you have a chance to verify that you're signed in and using the same Apple ID across all your Apple devices, including your Apple TV HD? If not, take a moment to double-check. If the videos are saved on iCloud, you will need to be logged in with the same Apple ID across all your devices for them to all have access to the videos.


If you are signed into the same Apple ID across all your devices, you'll next want to check to make sure that iCloud Photos is enabled on all your devices. Here's a guide to help: Set up iCloud Photos on all your devices - Apple Support. It offers steps to enable for iOS devices, macOS devices, and for your Apple TV HD.


If you have done all the steps and there are no issues, make sure all the videos are showing on iCloud. If they are, and the issue is just with the Apple TV, restart your Apple TV: Restart Apple TV - Apple Support. Then, check for updates. If there are any Apple TV updates available for the Apple TV HD, complete the updates: Update your Apple TV - Apple Support.
