Removing added data on apple watch

I recently bought an Apple Watch to monitor my sleep pattern. I have 5 days worth of data so far, however I noticed that the recorded data for my last nights sleep is not accurate. I was awake for a full hour at one point which I know is true as I looked at my watch at this time. The dats only recorded one minute. I thought I would use the add data option but it ended up adding 3 hours not one. Now the data is completely wrong and I’d like to delete the added data. Is there any way of doing this?
