I was charged a monthly fee and then a large fee. When I logged into the support, it logged the monthly storage fee, but not the large fee. Also there was no email with a bill from apple. How do i find this charge?

Hello! Are you sure that this is Apple fee? Is this iCloud storage? Go to App Store > your profile > your name > purchase history and check here. Also check in your bank account to see what charged your card. If you need more help, ask. Have a nice day!
