Incoming calls

Not only is my phone not ringing, but all incoming calls are going straight to voicemail.🤔 Anyone?

Check that you are connected to your carrier. If you use eSIM, check if it is active here:

Settings → Cellular → Turn On This Line must be enabled.


Also check if your calls are forwarded here:

Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding → this feature must be disabled.


Also check if you have Do Not Disturb activated. You can do this in the Control Center. Pull the Control Center down from the top right corner. Find the Focus Button, just below Screen Rotate Lock and Screen Mirror, tap and deactivate the active profile.
