Why does my phone not allow me to connect to WiFi

My phone does not connect to WiFi ir Bluetooth

In my settings it says Apple ID Suggestions 2 and click on it, it does not connect

iPhone 7, iOS 14

Try resetting your network settings, follow step 5 here:

If your iPhone or iPad won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support
