How do i unlock my phone from cricket,I already contacted cricket and they couldn’t help me they told me to contact apple support.

Apple can't unlock it. Only the carrier it's locked to can do that. if Cricket can't or won't, then it can not be unlocked.

Check your Cricket agreement.

Nothing REQUIRES a carrier to unlock their subsidized phones; but what they WILL do is generally included in their agreement.
