Unable to receive calls on iPhone 13 Pro Max

Unable to receive calls or texts

I have I phone 13 pro max but am unable to receive calls this has been going on for awhile but only confirmed recently. Phone does not ring and does not recieve texts. No problem with out going calls. I have reset the phone to factory and it works for a short time and fails again. I have put the sim card is in a cheap motoroller phone and it works just fine but the very expensive iphone 13 pro max fails horribly!!! I've noticed many such complaints about the iphone 13 pro max on the web with same problems, sounds like a manufacturing fault!!


Can you please help with this frustrating issue

Check your iPhone settings

Go to Settings and turn on Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn it off. Check Do Not Disturb. Go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb and make sure it's turned off. Check for any blocked phone numbers.


If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support



Can't send or receive message then try these steps first

  1. Restart your device: ... 
  2. Check your network connection. ... 
  3. Check with your carrier to see if the type of message you're trying to send, like MMS or SMS, is supported.
  4. If you're trying to send group MMS messages on an iPhone, go to Settings > Messages and turn on MMS Messaging.
