I lost my Apple Watch

I lost the Apple Watch, nike sports band hook came out and fell. Did it happen to any one as well? I believe it’s the grip or design on the band is issue.

what is Apple policy on lost watches or falling off from hand. Do they replace with new Watch or at least take feedback to design better bands ?
