PayPal Payment Method: how to fix?
Received email, subject: "Billing Problem". Body of email suggests Apple TV+ subscription has a "Billing Problem". My one payment method is PayPal, I confirm that by logging in via the web. Other PayPal purchases since email date work fine.
I start iTunes on PC then press "Fix PayPal" button in email and it drives iTunes to show "Manage Payments". I click "Edit".
Everthing looks fine. I see "Login with a different account" is blue highlighted but I don't have any other account. I separately login via the web to PayPal, all is fine. I Click "Login with a different account", PayPal comes up and I agree to terms, then it gives me the popup to send me back to Apple. Then iTunes screen freezes.
Nothing else is clickable in iTunes.
WHAT is there to "fix"?
