Use some older 'obsoleted' PPC/Intel Macs & OS X
can run an antique iTunes Radio, to play 1,000's of
free stations; my old G4 Mac mini 1.5GHz uses it.
..Mine works. Also does image editing, for older
early digital. Nikon DSLR and Panasonic Lumix,
images; per 'ToyViewer' free app. Still available..
Later 'pre-Catalina' macOS 10.15, has limited iTunes
app, on a more limited scene; not as cool nor as free.
A few stations can be heard, without subscription.
My older MacBook Pro 13-inch (mid 2012) model
runs Mojave 10.14.6 adequately, plays iTunes music.
Even an older iPad Mini (WiFi-only) runs iOS 9.3.5
w/ basic music channels. Old browsers are sketchy.
Since many newer computers can't revert, and some
won't run old systems in Virtual machines; better keep
those that can, around for entertainment purposes.
Gave away my iBook G4 last version, Apple refurbished;
a like-new kit, to good friend's son. Later, I included a
first-edition MacBook 2006 13-inch, with Leopard 10.5.
Still has iTunes music player, w/ online Radio Stations.
There may be some options for newer Macs, site based
music sharing; or other players for mixed use, not Apple.
And those 'book player' software apps, exist still.
iTunes for Tiger 10.4.11 & Leopard 10.5.8 - Apple Community
//discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-13011 (user tip)
Original iTunes player w/ Radio Stations for OS X 10.4.11 &
10.5.8, can be downloaded; runs free. Last one could work
"iTunes 10.6.3 for Leopard" runs in Snow Leopard +, too.
Made for last 'PPC G3/G4/G5 series' & early Intel-Mac.
Not beyond Intel-Mac; yet, virtual machine? unknown.
..Other ideas might have evolved too; haven't looked..
You can listen to various radio stations for free.

If that was your question, you probably shouldn't have asked how much it costs.
Prior to computers I had a radio on my desk. Now 30-40 years later, going to dust off & put batteries in my old radio, and if it does not work I know there is always ebay

Interesting site. Odd though Firefox flags it as an insecure site despite being https.
Most radio stations have websites where you can stream them for free, and you should be able to find them by searching for their call letters (KCRW, for example).
