My focus will not let me turn on or off

Use Focus on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Basically, to turn Focus on, swipe diagonally from the top right to the bottom left. Select Focus then tap the focus you with to turn on.
To turn that Focus off, swipe diagonally from the top right to the bottom left. Select Focus then tap the focus you with to turn off.
