My watch is not responding

We see that your Apple Watch Ultra is unresponsive, and you've already checked out the resource titled Restart Apple Watch Ultra. We want to make sure you've covered those steps as a start. A restart can actually resolve many minor issues with the device, and a force restart is a good next step if needed.

To perform the recommended troubleshooting steps via the link above, complete the steps in the section titled "Restart Apple Watch Ultra."

*Turn off your Apple Watch Ultra: Press and hold the side button until the sliders appear, tap , then drag the Power Off slider to the right.

*Turn on your Apple Watch Ultra: Hold down the side button until the Apple logo appears.

Note: You can’t restart your Apple Watch Ultra while it’s charging.

If you’re still experiencing the same issue, try force restarting your Apple Watch.

If you can’t turn off your Apple Watch Ultra or if the problem continues, you may need to force your Apple Watch Ultra to restart. Do this only if you’re unable to restart your Apple Watch Ultra.

To force restart, hold down the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

My brand new Apple watch SE seems to be in a frozen mode It has a red lightening bolt on the face and the time, but that is all. Brand new as I just received it yesterday. How do I get this out of this mode? Or what does this mean.
