How do I use my iCloud . ?

It’s showing my iCloud+ as active, but how do I use it ? It’s only show 5gb

it's not the same thing and does not have the same purpose as normal storage

The base free iCloud storage is 5GB. You can increase that if needed by subscribing to more space.
