Hi all. I have an iphone 6s 16gb. Once I installed iOS 15 on it. Now I constantly run out of memory on my phone. Backups help only for a short time, after a week there is not enough memory again. What should I do?

I'm backing up with iTunes. Next, I reset the settings on my iPhone. Then I restore the iPhone from a backup. This method removes temporary and unnecessary system files. But over time, the system cache increases again and free memory runs out.
How backups can help you? I am unable to understand.
