Abnormal Battery Drain on iPhone 13 Pro and iPad Pro after iOS 16.3.1 update.

The battery drains rapidly after updating to iOS 16.3.1 on both my iPhone 13 Pro and iPad Pro. Nothing has changed as to how I use my devices. I have to charge my phone 2 or 3 Times a day, which is insane. Tried resetting Network and Privacy settings, the issue was fixed for about 2 hours and came back.Tried forced restart, and Restoring iPhone to factory settings. The problem is clearly due to iOS 16 and needs to be addressed by Apple. The responses that the community receives stating that we need to replace the battery, or that it's a device issue makes no sense. The issue started with iOS 16 and thousands of people are affected, having to disable auto-brightness or location services is NOT a solution. iPhone needs to function as intended, and clearly iOS 16.3.1 did not fix the issue. My iPhone's battery health is at 97% and went from charging once every two days to charging it 3 times every day immediately after the update. Let's not keep saying it's a hardware issue.

UPDATE: performed another Restore iPhone As New, and still the same issue if not worse. Battery depleted 10% in 53 minutes.
