how to print barcodes from excel

How can i generate and print Barcodes from within my Excel Spreadsheet

I have got one line with all my products and pricing and a text field with the barcode number in a column

I would like to insert a column next to the text barcode column which I would then like to 'Format' to show a Barcode and then I can select and print the barcode

I see a lot of Add-Ins for Mac and would like to know which one is easiest to use and hopefully free to use for in house private use

I have a M1 Mac Pro and M2 Mac Air and the latest IOS and Office package installed
