Battery health /charging history

Today I took my iPhone X to Apple Store and had my battery replaced.

when store staff handed my iPhone back to me it was still hot and he told me that its because we were charging the battery.

I checked the battery health it showed 100%, but the battery last charged information showed the last time I charged my iPhone which was this morning at 9:07 am to 97 percent .

so I’m wondering why and if anyone else has noticed the same thing or not.

I talked to Genius Bar staff but he couldn’t explain why .

And it’s the same on my other iPhone X that had its battery replaced last week .

If you have doubts about what the Store staff told you when they handed over the device after the battery replacement. Then you should go back to the store and ask them again showing the screenshot that you have posted here.

Thank you for your reply,

actually I did show them the battery charging history page and asked them how come it’s not showing the correct” last charged “ time and percentage but they had no clue .

so that’s why I’m posting here.
