If my phone has been hacked to where I hear ticking noises in my wall and my Apple ID has been taken over by someone else and I don’t know my password and cannot sign out or anything what am I supposed to do?

My phone has been hacked and when I had connected to my ex bf’s hotspot all of my apps that were downloaded disappeared until i disconnected. I know my phone has been professionally hacked by him and someone else using a Mac computer. They changed my passwords, my security question and answer, my area code to my phone, and who else knows what. I can hear ticking noises in my wall in my living room. After I used my one app i use to text and talk to people on it looks like it had updated itself or reinstalled it even tho it was never deleted so my information could be seen by someone else. I also reset everything on my phone and seen another Apple ID on my one app that was ***@privaterelay.appleid.com I have a feeling he had connected my phone to a computer before while I was asleep. I also believe that he switched out my brand new iPhone 14plus at this one store without me knowing because my brand new phone cannot be reset completely to where everything deletes even though I put to reset and delete ALL information. Neither of my PUK numbers work on this phone to sign me in because I’m on SOS. And my new phone is also on SOS with a password I need to know to sign into the phone that I didn’t create so cannot get into my new phone. This is very serious. I have been a customer for a long time and for something like this to happen has just been such an inconvenience. Please help me get this hacker out of my phones.

According to Apple:

Because you use your Apple ID for so many Apple products and services, you should make sure that your Apple ID is as secure as possible. You should be the only person who knows your password and can sign in with your Apple ID. If someone you don’t know or don’t trust can sign in with your Apple ID, your account is not secure.

Your Apple ID might not be secure for the following reasons:

  • Someone else created an Apple ID on your behalf, or you’re using an Apple ID that was already signed in when you received your device.
  • You’re sharing an Apple ID with family or friends. Your Apple ID is your personal account. If you want to share purchases with a family member, use Family Sharing. With Family Sharing, you can share a calendar, photos, reminders, and more without sharing your Apple ID.
  • You don’t recognize the Apple ID that is signed in on your device.
  • You shared your password with someone else intentionally or unintentionally. For example, someone else selected your password for you, you told someone your password, or you entered your password on a phishing site.
  • You don't have control of the email address or phone number associated with your Apple ID.
  • Your password is weak or is compromised.
  • You share your devices with someone else, your devices are not protected by a passcode, or your passcode is easy to guess.

If any of the above are true, you should reset your password as soon as possible and review your account information.

Sorry to hear that, the best I can tell you is that if you believe your iPhone has been hacked, it's better to contact your local law enforcement agency, hacking is illegal and a serious offence.

Worth to mention that if someone changed your Apple ID password you'll be notified on your email, no one can change your password without your knowledge.

If my phone has been hacked to where I hear ticking noises in my wall and my Apple ID has been taken over by someone else and I don’t know my password and cannot sign out or anything what am I supposed to do?
