Hi Gage4,

welcome to the Apple (user-to-user) Community.

Wondering what is not working for you.

Seems everyone with their own Apple ID will have their own library in Apple Music.

If purchase sharing is turned on, everyone automatically receives access.

Eg: If family members cannot find / download iTunes purchases:

What to do: If you can't find your family's shared content – Apple Support

How to: Listen to Apple Music on the web and in apps - Apple Support

Previous purchases may be available in the "Library" in the Music app.

or

If needed:

How to: Redownload music - Apple Support

Apple support's article:

How to make a playlist in the Apple Music app - Apple Support

says:

" ... you can touch and hold on a playlist to download, share, or delete it."
