Parental control remove old device

  1. I had 2 devices assigned to my child account.
  2. removed one from account.
  3. still a see it in parental control time graph(click devices in right-top corner)

I dont see device in child appleid so there is no way to remove it( it was already done).

In parental control there is warning that old device is offline more than 7 days and graph stuck on check.

Any way to fix parental control?

Thank you for visiting the Apple Support Communities LukeWookiee,

The first recommendation we have if you're having trouble with Parental Controls is to restart all child devices associated with their Apple ID, as well as all parent devices that manage the child account. This step often resolves a variety of issues:

If the issue continues after that, we would recommend getting in touch with Apple Support directly. They will have access to tools and resources needed to further investigate what is happening. You can do that here: Get Support

Have a great day.
