Country/Region Change issue

Hey there ! I’ve been using my American debit card for a few months so I had to switch for US country/region. but as now my bank account was closed I had to change the Country to be able to use a different payment method. The system won’t allow me that with no issue explaining. Could you please help me with that?

Make sure you have no remaining Apple ID balance, you have cancelled all subscriptions and they have expired, and have no pending charges, pre-orders or active rentals on your account.
