Perhaps you refer to your Home Screen layout. Short of completely erasing the iPad and starting again with a fresh setup, you’ll not be able to return the Home Screen completely to its original layout.
Before fully reseting/erasing the iPad, you might just try a reset of your Home Screen Layout:
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad > Reset > Reset Home screen Layout
If you really want to fully reset the iPad, understanding that everything will be fully erased, you can perform a full reset. Unless you have an existing iCloud or iTunes backup, none of your locally stored data will be recoverable:
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad > Erase All Content & Settings
