How do I track my iPhone from last night 1030 pm to 1 am ?

You cannot track the iPhone during specific periods of time. There is no option for this, as there is no user accessible location history stored for devices on Find My.

You only get the current location or its most recent location if it's been less than 24 hours since it last reported it.

If it does not appear in the Find My app, or states it is offline, then it cannot be tracked.
