File Search Using Finder

I recently migrated to a new Mac mini running MacOS 13.2.1. I also use iCloud, have been using it for years. I have discovered an issue when searching for a file by name. Here is an example. I have a folder in my Documents folder named "Recipes". There are a few files in the Recipes folder the names begin with "Apple Cider". When I open Finder and go to the Recipes folder I see those files with the name "Apple Cider". When I type "Apple Cider" in the search bar those files show in the results when searching "This Mac". If I specifically search the Recipes folder I get zero results. This happens with every search I do. I assume this has something to do with iCloud, but I was using iCloud on my old Mac and this was not an issue.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I am familiar with the finder settings. The problem is when I search in the specific folder where the files are located, the files do not show up in the search results. The first image shows the files are located in the “Recipes” folder. The “Recipes” folder is located in “Documents”. The second images shows the files when searching “This Mac”. The bottom images shows the search results when searching the “Recipes” folder.
