When I first got my Apple Pay I could see my recent transactions in the app but my transactions have not updated in over a year and I can not see any of my spending, if I’m being double charged, or if I’m being refunded money for returned purchases

How do I view my current transactions? It has not updated in over a year and will only allow me to see my transactions from January 2022, it says those are my most recent, but I use this card daily. I have not been able to track my spending for over a year, or contact any kind of support. The articles do not have any helpful info. Even my statement stopped loading as of November 2022, but the card is still active and in use

Wondering which Apple hardware model and which operating system you are using.

and whether your Mac or device has enough memory / storage space free in which to operate smoothly.

Eg: See used and available storage space on your Mac – Apple Support

or How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Re: will only allow me to see my transactions from January 2022

You may want to try restarting your Mac or device, and see if that makes a difference (will often delete temporary files, clear, update info. etc):

For Mac :

Apple Menu (click black apple at top right) > Restart. Then wait, log back in.

For iPhone: How to: Restart your iPhone

For iPad: How to: Restart your iPad - Apple Support

How to: See your Apple Pay transaction history - Apple Support

Eg: On your iPhone, open the Wallet app.

and tap a card to see a list of your latest transactions.

or

On your Mac with Touch ID,

go to System Preferences (or in Ventura, Settings) > Wallet & Apple Pay.

or

On your iPad, go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay.

Re:  I can not see any of my spending

As Apple Pay merely transfers money from your cards to merchants, for the most accurate record of your transactions, you can refer to the credit or debit statement(s) from your bank or card issuer.
