My iPhone won’t open JPEG or PDF

I have an iPhone 11. How do I fix this?

I called Apple for this they also verified the problem and I was told they received the similar complaint from other user and it will get fix in the new software release ISO 18.2.1, which didn't solve the problem. This is very disturbing since I can't open the files; I have log in to my PC and review from there. During travailing I can't open the file which is very annoying after paying $900-$1200 for a phone.

JPEG not opening Just recently I am unable to open JPEG files on my iPhone 12 Pro. My IOS is up to date and I have not changed any settings recently. Any suggestions oh why and how to correct it? Thanks in advance of any help.

Can't open PDF on iPhone Can't open PDF on iPhone 15, I was able to open the same on my iPhone 13. Initial troubleshooting done. File is not corrupt as it can be opened on another device.

Try a Forced Restart. If it does not help, do you have Screen Time or other restrictions?
