My phone there is no signal on my phone. The bars just keep going all the way across I took it to the Apple Store wipe the wipe my phone out I can’t get into it it says locked out to owner.

If you see an iPhone or iPad unavailable message or Security Lockout screen, then please click on this link.
If you are not the original owner of the iPhone, and it is locked, then return it to whomever you got it from. There is a possibility that it is lost or stolen. It is useless to you if it is locked and you are not the original owner.
