Launchpad not working

Hey, when I opened my Mac this morning, the launchpad was not working. I browsed through apple support questions and many of the solutions did not apply to my Mac. I have a M2 Chip MacBook Pro. I tried searching for this command: ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist on my finder but could not find it. Is there anything I could do to retrieve my launchpad?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.0
