Camera adapter stopped working after using Bluetooth

This was I problem I had with my IPhone 13 that I was able to solve and wanted to share my solution so others may benefit.

Yesterday, I purchased a set of Edfier R1700BT speakers with Bluetooth 5.0 APX. So yesterday and today I was switching back and forth from Bluetooth to using the camera adapter hooked up to the lightning port with an Earmen Eagle DAC. In both cases I was listening to Apple Music through the Edifier speakers. Every time I switched from Bluetooth to the Earmen DAC, the Airplay would not see the DAC when I plugged it in to the lightning port. I would have to reboot the phone every time to get the DAC to work. Previously I had a GVAudio Bluetooth DAC connected to some Bose speakers and had no issues switching back and forth with the Earmen DAC. The problem I found was the third party lightning cable I was using. When I switched over to the OEM Apple cable everything worked OK. Hopes this helps someone else with a similar problem.
