"No Service" is shown on the top-left corner of your screen. So, go here to fix that: If you See No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

You need to contact your cell service provider as they are responsible for that.
I don’t think my cell service provider has a resonsible in this matter, the sim is running in other devices
