Hello,I am a high school student and I have recently downloaded the app KineMaster and when I tried to sign up, I accidentally linked my card too, when clicked the right button two times, the card was linked and the tree days trial was activated, which I had no idea about, since I tried to just sign in to start the app. After three days the amount of money for a one year subscription were deducted from my card (37,990 kzt) (march 5, 2023) even though I had no idea I signed for a subscription and I have not used the app after the money were deducted. I tried to contact the KineMaster support center and apple, the website where I can request a refund https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ , and it says that the purchase was refunded and the money are going to be back on my card within 48 hours. It has already been 48 hours and I still did not receive my money back to my card. I have not use the KineMaster app after the money were deducted from my card and I am not planning to. Am I still going to get my money back?

When will I get the money back?

If your refund is approved, the funds will be applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Store credit – It may take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.

Mobile phone billing – It may take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time may be affected by your network provider. You can contact your network provider for an update.

All other payment methods – It may take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you can't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
