Sim lock

My phone iPhone 12 Pro Max has been Sim free since I’ve been using it and last night I did a factory reset and all of a sudden there’s a sim lock on it.. how do I rectify this

If you are asked to write the PIN code for your SIM card, you must contact your carrier to have it delivered - or see if you can find it on your personal page, on your carrier's web page. My Carrier offers I can see my SIM card's standard PIN code on my personal page. I can also see my PUK code, which is the one that must be entered if I enter my PIN code incorrectly 3 times.


If you have inserted a new SIM card from another Carrier in your iPhone and you receive a message that it is SIM locked, you must also contact your Carrier to have it unlocked for other carriers.
