iPhone 13 pro max causing pain in hand and where I keep phone in pocket

does anyone else have a severe pins and needles in their hand when holding these phone I previously had iPhone from the 3 / 4/ 5 / 6 / XR never had any problems maybe had this handset a year had to stop putting it in my pocket as felt like my leg was always dead seems to be getting better since I have stopped keeping the phone in my pocket with a small constant dead ache in my left leg I have since bought a emf reader and and the phone seems to be a minimum of 2.6ut with it spiking to over 19+ut I have videos of this aswell I don't think I will be buying another iPhone after this.
