I just purchased storage from Apple. My storage in Google just ran out. How can I use the Apple storage in my gmail account?

You don't. iCloud Storage is used for syncing files and other data across your Apple devices and for backing up iPhones and iPads.
If you need more storage for your Google account, you'll need to buy more storage from them.
