why ios updates is quite tough ?
i tried too much to update but it’s not working anyhow, so much rubbish,is anyone working on updates in apple .inc can send directly to my iPhone without any problems,i request humbly

This is a user to user forum. Almost nobody here works for Apple, we are mostly volunteers.
If you have an issue when updating, please explain what that is. What happens when you go to Settings ➜ General ➜ Software Update.
The update cannot be sent to you, you must request it through the Software Update function.
