How to turn off the "Language to use"-sign when dictating

I use Google translate for dictating translations in Duolingo. But from some months back I get a sign telling me which language I am going to dictate in. This sign is put above the test I am going to translate, so I cannot see the text. Ho can I turn off this sign permanentely?

I try to enclose two images which illustrate my problem.

Hi there efriend7,

Since this is happening with Google translate, this is a specific feature that Google supports. You'll want to reach out to Google's support team for more help with this: https://support.google.com/

Alternatively, you could use the Translate app made by Apple. Learn more about how that works here: Translate text, voice, and conversations on iPhone - Apple Support

Take care.
