How to Upgrade to  macOS 11 Big Sur:

macOS Big Sur is compatible with these computers:

• MacBook (2015 or later)

• MacBook Air (2013 or later)

• MacBook Pro (Late 2013 or later)

• Mac mini (2014 or later)

• iMac (2014 or later)

• iMac Pro (2017 or later)

• Mac Pro (2013 or later)

To find the details about your Mac model, click the Apple icon  at the top of your screen and choose About This Mac.

✅ - Using Safari only, download the macOS 11 Big Sur upgrade installer here:

The download will place the "Install macOS Big Sur" app in the Applications folder. Double-click the installer to begin the upgrade process. 

If your iMac is not compatible with Big Sur, you may try using the online version of TurboTax via your Safari web browser, or other if required such as Firefox or Brave.

Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and if your iMac model is recent enough, then on the download link for Big Sur or newer. Alternatively, use the online version of TurboTax in your web browser.
