Have you ever actually tried to use the search function for these forums? It is not known for it's efficacy or ease of use. Hopefully, that will change but, right now, it's only one step better than shouting into the void.

Hello ~ That’s why people come here and ask us for assistance. Searching this forum for a solution can be a daunting task. If you know the answer to a question go ahead and post the answer to aid the OP or Author in their quest for an easy solution.

This is probably the most asked question. Finding an answer is trivial if you try.

If the person asking the question was comfortable searching, they probably would already have done that. Given that it takes no longer to tell them to contact Apple support than it does to tell them to search, why wouldn't someone just be kind and give them the answer?
